Dr. Jennifer Jones Clinkscales joined the Redshift Leadership team as a consultant in June 2014, and has worked with clients including Families USA, City of Eugene, OR, Nickelodeon, MTV, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Jennifer is a licensed clinical social worker and brings a deep knowledge of systems theory and group dynamics to her work as a Redshift facilitator.

Jennifer is passionate about the impact of institutional racism on Black Families and the protective factors couples can implement to remain connected.

Jennifer received her Doctorate of Clinical Social Work, Master of Social Work, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in History from the University of Pennsylvania. She also received her Marriage and Family Therapy Certification from the Council for Relationships and Thomas Jefferson College Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.
