The Redshift team is eclectic and comes from a variety of advanced educational backgrounds. In addition to decades devoted to the study and practice of organizational development, executive coaching, running businesses, and leading change, our backgrounds include: public policy, business, social work, acting, social justice advocacy, and visual arts. Yet we’ve each spent the majority of our professional careers deepening our expertise in identifying what the best leaders, teams and organizations do that makes them different.
